F | ”李为客说。为破解立德尔炊具的融资难题，李为客特邀中国银行邢台分行客户经理实地调研，共同研究企业融资方案。银行方面测算发现，单一专利质押额度有限，难以满足企业需求。“能否采用‘专利+商标’组合质押的方式，提升融资额度？”李为客建议。然而，该模式在邢台尚无先例，评估定价怎么算，处置变现怎么办，银行和企业都没底儿。“需要找一家专业评估机构给企业的知识产权做一份权威的‘身价评估’，这件事才能往下推。”关键时刻，李为客向邢台市市场监督管理局求援。“我们联系了有经验的第三方知识产权评估机构，为企业的专利和商标展开系统评估。”邢台市市场监督管理局知识产权服务促进科负责人齐佳说，立德尔炊具最终以6个商标和18项专利作为组合质押物，成功获得6000万元融资额度。
